不管是寫小論文還是畢業(yè)論文，英語寫作一直都是研究生必須要邁過去的一個坎。

我們在最開始進入研究生階段的時候，可能都會有這樣一個經(jīng)歷，就是本專業(yè)內(nèi)的一些專業(yè)名詞都不太懂，然后花了很長時間去把這些名詞都捋清楚之后，等到自己要寫的時候，還是不好輸出的問題。

對于以上這種問題最好的解決方法就是多積累、多記錄，見到好的文章就把其中一些重要的部分給摘下來，不管是記到小本本上還是存到電腦上，都可以。養(yǎng)成這樣的習慣對之后，自己引用別人文章會有很大幫助，等于說自己已經(jīng)有了一個素材庫。其次就是能鍛煉自己英文寫作的能力。

一、動詞

表示展示性能成果(通用語Abstract,Introduction,Conclusion主要用于Results and Discussion部分)

· 常用成語：present,demonstrate,reveal,show,exhibit,feature,posses,have,display,depict,deliver

例句：The feasibility of graphgite in a graphite in a Na full cell is also confirmed,delivering an energy of~120 Whkg-1 while maintaining~70% of the initial capacity after 250 cycles.

翻譯：石墨在鈉離子電池中的可行性得到了確認，其展示出了XX的能量和循環(huán)容量保持率。

這個句式中用的delivering這個詞，也許我在之后又要講另外一個東西的性能，那么就可以不用delivering這個詞語了，可以用display，reveal都可以，而且主動被動輪番的用。

像上邊這個句式中用的非謂語deliver+ing，如果你不想這么用，避免重復，那你就換句式，干脆直接用主謂賓結構去表述就好了，這個都是套路。

二、形容詞

形容“好的”，“顯著的”(最常見于Results and Discussion吹自己的結果有多么好，也通用于Abstract,Conclusion等部分)

· 常見詞語：Remarkable,outstanding,considerable(也可以用于表示大的，多的)，fantasic,impressive

例句：A surprisingly high-rate capability (170 mAh g-1 at 20 ag-1)and unprecedented long-term cylability(~90% capacity retention for 20000 cycles)has been obtained.

翻譯：展示了一個超高倍率容量和前所未有的長循環(huán)性能。

以上常用詞語中的單詞都是我從別人的文章中摘抄出來的。那么這個句式中用的unprecedented(前所未有的)這個詞如果查重有問題的話，那我隨時可以替換成別的單詞。

三、英文寫作常見錯誤及修正

修飾詞同主語詞語關系上要一致。

動名詞，舉例：

× After finishing the purification,the activity of the isolated compound was then studied.

這里動名詞finishing的主語其實是人，這與主語activty不一致。

√ After purification was finished，the activity of the isolated compound was then studied.

不定式，舉例：

× To further investigate the potential role of biking in causing infertility,an expanded population of biking athletes was surveyed.

不定式短語的主語是人，與主句主語population不一致。

√ To further investigate the potential role of biking in causing infertility，wo surveyed an expanded population of biking athletes.

四，中英文思維

中英文思維，舉例1：

為了歷史遺存的延續(xù)，宋代殿堂木構架特性的科學研究迫在眉睫。

修改前：For the comtinuation of historical relics,the scientific research on the structural characteristics of the palace-style timber frame in song Dynasty is imminent.

修改后：The scientific research on the structural characteristics of the palace-style timber frame in song Dynasty is imminent in order to preserve the historical relics.

以上是一位學生論文中的一個句式，然后交給老外審核的時候，被改成了后面這樣，其實這兩個句子語法都沒有問題，沒有誰對誰錯，只不過下面這個更傾向于老外的思維。所以有的時候，在英文寫作上，要迎合西方人的表達習慣。

中英文思維，舉例2：

A課題組，在四柱、兩柱足尺和縮尺宋代殿堂木結構擬靜力實驗中，觀察到柱搖擺式主要變形特征。

修改前：A et al.found that in the pseudo-static experiment of four-post and two-post full-scale and reduced-scale palace-style timber frame in Song Dynasty,the column sway was observed as the main deformation feature.

(應該是做完實驗，再發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)象或結果，found后一般直接跟著結果/結論)

修改后：A et al.conducted the pseudo-static experiment of four-post and two-post full-scale and reduced-scale palace-style timber frame in Song Dynasty and conducted the column sway as the main deformation feature.

雖然修改后的句式比修改前要更簡單了，但是更好的表達出了原來的意思。
